The data rules are not what is stalling your AI
Nearly every enterprise has stalled an AI project in the last year, and the AI was not the problem. The data was built for a monthly report, not for an agent.

Could you tell me what every AI agent in your business did yesterday?
Only 23% of the roughly 300 security leaders BCG surveyed have applied monitoring or logging to their agents, and fewer than 20% have adopted governance for non-human identities.
So what? Everyone is building agents now but far fewer organisations can tell you which agents exist, what each one can access and what it did yesterday. We are creating a workforce of non-human actors without building the identity and management system around them.
A new joiner gets a name, an owner, the access their role needs and someone who reviews their work, and that access is switched off the day they leave. Why wouldn't you make sure every agent has the same before it touches a live system?
The question I would sit with
Who owns each agent running in your business today, and where would you look to see what it did yesterday?

One honest read every fortnight on what agentic AI is doing to consulting, and what to do about it. For people moving from advice to outcomes, rebuilding a firm, or done buying decks. No hype, no fluff.

Nearly every enterprise has stalled an AI project in the last year, and the AI was not the problem. The data was built for a monthly report, not for an agent.

A year ago 32% expected AI to cut jobs at their organisation. 14% saw it happen, and the forecast went up anyway.

The money went in, the strategy exists, the budget exists. What did not arrive was a system.
