Alex Collins has a rare span of experience. As an EY Consulting Partner he led national-scale government transformation programmes across the UK and the Middle East, the kind measured in hundreds of people and hundreds of millions of pounds. He then co-founded RAI Digital, a consulting venture builder, and as its co-founder and COO built and scaled real ventures inside it, including Infinite PL, now operating in more than ten countries.
That range is what makes him different on stage. He is no academic or theorist: every session comes straight from work he has actually done, and he builds them to be highly interactive, with fewer slides, more doing, real decisions and honest debate. He is as comfortable challenging a board as energising a thousand-person room or rolling up his sleeves with a delivery team, and he tunes each session to the people in front of him.
Alex has spoken at events including the Doers Summit Dubai, Parcel+Post Expo, Biban Global and the University of Surrey, and is available across the Middle East, the UK and internationally.
Beyond speaking, Alex takes on a small number of board and advisory roles, startup advisory, and charity and pro-bono work where he can genuinely help.
