What did your agents do yesterday?
Everyone is counting AI agents, and far fewer organisations can say which ones exist, what each one can access and what it did yesterday.

Your AI isn't stuck because of the AI. It's stuck because of your data.
95% of 1,500 tech leaders told Cloudera they had delayed or cancelled AI work over data governance, compliance or regulation. Cloudera sells data platforms FYI.
My view: most company data was built to produce a monthly report for people. That works for a finance team reading a pack once a month, and it fails an agent making hundreds of decisions an hour.
So if your AI keeps stalling at the data review, stop arguing with compliance and fix the data so it can be acted on, with a budget and an owner in the plan.
The question I would sit with
How often does your most important AI use case need its data refreshed, and who is allowed to act on it?

One honest read every fortnight on what agentic AI is doing to consulting, and what to do about it. For people moving from advice to outcomes, rebuilding a firm, or done buying decks. No hype, no fluff.

Everyone is counting AI agents, and far fewer organisations can say which ones exist, what each one can access and what it did yesterday.

A year ago 32% expected AI to cut jobs at their organisation. 14% saw it happen, and the forecast went up anyway.

The money went in, the strategy exists, the budget exists. What did not arrive was a system.
